Cai Bau Pagoda - Quang Ninh was built on the foundation of the throne Phuc Linh Tu. To worship Tran generals in the war against Nguyen Mong invaders in the 13th century. With the extremely splendid historical significance of the country in 2007. Cai Bau Quang Ninh Pagoda is also known as Truc Lam Giac Tam Zen Monastery. Construction was started on a total area of 20 hectares in Ha Long commune, Van Don district, Quang Ninh. After 2 years to 2009, Cai Bau Van Don pagoda (Truc Lam Giac Tam Monastery) was inaugurated in grandeur. Commensurate with the historical and cultural values of Quang Ninh in general as well as of the entire nation.

The pagoda was started in 2007, on the foundation of the Phuc Linh Tu throne - the temple to the Tran generals during the invasion of the Nguyen - Mong army and inaugurated in 2009.

The pagoda is located near Bai Dai - Van Don tourist area, where the long beach still retains precious pristine beauty.

The pagoda was built on an area of about 20 hectares. With its back leaning on the mountain, its face facing the sea and located far away from the residential area, the pagoda looks more serene and solemn.

Cai Bau pagoda includes the main hall, bell floor, empty floor, Tam Quan gate.

The largest part of the main hall, there is a statue of Shakyamuni Buddha, behind is a bronze relief depicting the landscape of the Bodhi tree where Shakyamuni Buddha has cultivated the fruit. On the two sides are statues of Van Thu Su Loi and Samantabhadra Bodhisattva, representing wisdom and compassion.

To the left of the monastery is a bronze statue of Maitreya Buddha, weighing 4.8 tons.

From a height of nearly 100 m on the Zen monastery courtyard, visitors can zoom out and see Bai Tu Long Bay with rolling rocky mountains. The beautiful view here gives visitors the feeling of peace, serenity, feeling like they are exhausted from the fatigue of earthly life.

The scene is like getting lost in weasels.

In the temple, there is no burning of votive votive, there are no shops, street vendors ... visitors really get into a quiet space, inhale the scent of the mountain of the sea so that the soul becomes gentle.
