Police said police abuse was mainly done by an administrator in Surin Province (Thailand) named Montri Salangam. This person has seduced the children to his house by playing online games, participating in board games and buying food and drinks.

At the same time, the Interpol forces also decided to have another administrator of this site Ruecha Tokputza in Adelaide (Australia).

Both Salangam and Tokputza were arrested at the same time in January 1.2018.

In June 2014, the Thai court sentenced Salangam to 146 years in prison for pedophile crimes, human trafficking and possession of and dissemination of abusive materials for children. The sentence level then dropped to 50 years. Salangam also has to compensate 5 victims with each child being 500,000 baht (365 million VND).

On May 17, Tokputza was also sentenced to 40 years in prison after receiving 50 counts of child abuse, including a 15-month-old child, from 2011-2018. This is the heaviest sentence the Australian court has imposed on pedophile crimes.

The identity of the remaining subjects was arrested and expected to be announced in the near future.
