Paragliding Festival "Flying over the pouring season" organized by Vietwings Hanoi Club, Yen Bai Provincial People’s Committee, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Yen Bai, Mu Cang Chai District People’s Committee co-organized.

At this event, domestic and foreign pilots will have the opportunity to exchange, learn and experience.
