5 thí sinh khác được góp mặt trong top 15 là Hoa hậu Đan Mạch, Ukraina, CH Czech, Thái Lan và Slovenia.

15 người đẹp khoe c‌ơ th‌ể gợi cảm trong trang phục bikini và đôi giày cao gót trên sân khấu lộng lẫy ánh đèn của nhà hát trung tâm thủ đô Mexico. Trên tay họ là chiếc khăn voan mềm mại và nụ cười luôn thường trực trên gương mặt rạng rỡ. Tiếng vỗ tay, tiếng nhạc rộn ràng vang lên khắp khán phòng để cổ vũ cho các thí sinh.

Sau một tháng có mặt tại Mexico, người đẹp từ khắp nơi trên thế giới được tham quan nhiều danh thắng, tắm nắng trên những bãi biển cát trắng và tìm hiểu về văn hóa của quốc gia Bắc Mỹ này.

Dẫn chương trình là gương mặt quen thuộc của kênh truyền hình MTV trong chương trình "Total Request Live", Vanessa Minnilo. Cô gái này từng giành vương miện Hoa hậu Thanh thiếu niên của Mỹ. Bạn đồng hành của cô là diễn viên kiêm MC của đài NBC, Mario Lopez.

Chung kết cuộc thi Hoa hậu Hoàn vũ 2007 đang diễn ra tại nhà hát Auditorium của thủ đô Mexico. Có 77 đại diện của các quốc gia và vùng lãnh thổ tham gia cuộc thi này từ cuối tháng tư. Việt Nam không cử thí sinh dự thi.
