At the police department of Cam Nam District, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, Xin said she was a masseuse in another district of the city. Her monthly income is only about 4,000 yuan. Every month, she has to send money to her hometown thanks to her grandparents to help her, resulting in relatively difficult economic conditions.

Four days earlier, on January 9, 2015, through social media, Han read the announcement that the owner of the resort in Cam Nam district needed to recruit a staff, a monthly salary of 10,000 yuan. Seeing the attractive salary, Han immediately sent information to the poster to apply, even though he knew he was old, did not expect much. Unexpectedly, the next day Han received the notice of matriculation, requested to quickly sign the resort.

On January 12, 2015, Han continued to "recruit", if he did not come, he would take other people to work. At around 8 pm, this person contacted again, saying he would ask his cousin to come to Qi Tiep Har. Xin. However, today his cousin forgot to bring a driver’s license so he did not dare to enter the city, asking Han to catch a taxi to the suburbs. The resort will pay for travel expenses.

Over 21h, Han took a taxi to the meeting place, saw the white car waiting. The driver was a man in his 40s who came to pick Xin and took the initiative to pay 150 yuan for the taxi fare. At this time, the outdoor temperature was very low, Han sat in the back seat very cold. The driver saw that the car stopped, actively invited Han to sit on the extra seat to warm. The interest of the driver made Han very touched, unexpectedly only a few minutes after the disaster struck.

After running a bit, the driver suddenly turned the car into a deserted trail and explained to Han that this is a shortcut. But when the car stopped in the middle of the field, the driver pulled out an electric baton to threaten, using handcuffs to restrain her to play a corrupt game.

He also searched Han’s bag for property but found only a few hundred yuan and a bank card. He forced Han to speak out the card password because he thought massage staff had to save a lot of money. On the occasion when he did not pay attention, Han dropped three used napkins from the window, hoping to help the police rely on them to find the suspect.

It was nearly midnight driving to the ATM to come in and withdrawing money but on Han’s card there was just over a hundred yuan, who got angry and went back to beat Han and took him to the abandoned house. Here, he continued to beat and coerce until the following evening (January 13, 2015) to release Han in the deserted place.

Before leaving, the man said he was from another province, the license plate was fake, Han told the police also could not find him. Removing the handcuffs, he asked Han to go straight ahead without turning back. Han was about 10 meters away when he heard him driving away. At this time, she was almost exhausted because she was hungry and cold but tried to walk to the street by waving to the police station.

Due to the serious nature of the incident, a specialized court was immediately established. After analyzing the facts, the specialized committee decided to divide into many teams and investigate in many directions.

The first group went to find three tissue paper. From the location Xin depicted, the police found a trail that connected to the provincial road. Walking along the trail for more than one kilometer, police saw traces of tires entering the field. Continue to track this wheel, the police found three sheets of tissue as Han described. The evidence was immediately sent to a testing agency, which contained a DNA sample from a man, but unfortunately was not available in the database.

The second group extracts the camera at the ATM. The camera image shows the man withdrawing money wearing a green jacket, a high collar that conceals more than half of his face. The victim claimed that this was the suspect, but this image was not of identifiable value.

The third group traced the vehicle on the traffic camera system. As the suspect said, the license plate is fake, there is no corresponding information in the system. Following the vehicle’s operating area, the police discovered an important incident. According to the information provided by Han, the police determined the time when the suspect posted the recruitment notice as 10h on January 9. This time, the car appeared at an intersection, then stopped in front of the Internet shop. The suspect probably posted a notice from this shop’s computer.

The camera in the Internet shop records a clear picture of the suspect, the user’s personal information is also stored in the management system. The suspect used an ID card named Wang Thong, from Cam Nam district. After determining that Thong was a suspect, the specialized committee immediately held an arrest.

In his car, police found electric batons, eight cuffs and the identification cards of two other women. The police contacted the two women, both of whom admitted to being controlled, robbed, raped more than a year ago, but were afraid of affecting their personal lives so they did not report.
