The team of American experts discovered the planet they called LTT 1445Ab from data from the TESS project deployed by the US Aerospace Agency (NASA), according to Space.com .

LTT 1445Ab revolves around only one of the three stars, all of which are red dwarfs that are in the second half of life , and this complex is only about 2.5 years from Earth.

“If you stand on the surface of that planet, you can see a total of three suns, but two of these are quite far away,” said astronomer Jennifer Winters of the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. (America).

"They are like two red eyes, full of disgust in the sky," according to the image of Winters.

Based on data from TESS, scientists believe that LTT 1445Ab is a stone planet, about a third larger than the globe, while the mass must be 8 times the Earth .

The surface of LTT 1445Ab is completely unsuitable for life as on Earth, with daytime temperatures up to 160 ° C and the planet only takes 5 days to complete the cycle around one of the dwarfs.

However, the most special feature of the planet, as predicted by astronomers, is its atmosphere. They are still waiting for an opportunity to observe the atmosphere of LTT 1445Ab.
