This morning (April 18), VN-Index continued to plunge down to 965 points

Opening the morning session on April 18, 2019, the market continued to sink in red after the drop yesterday when VN-Index quickly lost the level of 970 points. Although there was a slight recovery after that, but at 30 minutes at the end of the morning session, the index dropped steeply.

As a result, the VN-Index dropped 6.11 points (0.63%) to 965.99 points. There were 59 advances and 221 losers. The total trading volume reached over 72.8 million units, worth VND 1,482 billion.

Like yesterday, taking the most points of the VN-Index is still the stocks they "Vin". Specifically, VIC decreased by 1.82% to VND 108,000 / share, VHM decreased by 1.11% to VND 88,800 / share.

In addition, pressure on the index also caused GAS to drop 1.03% to VND 105,700 / share, CTG down 1.4% to VND 21,150 / share, PLX fell 1.15% to VND 60,400 / share, TCB fell. 0.81% to VND 24,550 / share, ROS decreased 3.18% to VND 30,450 / share.

Slight reduction in this session was that SAB pillars fell 0.08% to VND 246,600 / share, MSN fell 0.23% to VND 87,800 / share, HPG fell 0.47% to VND 31,450 / share.

Meanwhile, the upstream effort of some other stocks is not enough to pull up the VN-Index. Specifically, BID increased by 0.86% to VND 35,100 / share, VRE increased by 0.89% to VND 33,900 / share, VJC increased by 0.88% to VND 114,500 / share, VNM increased slightly by 0.07% to VND 135,100 / Shares, MBB rose 0.47% to VND 21,600 / share, BVH increased by 0.22% to VND 91,400 / share.

On Hanoi trading floor, the HNX-Index decreased by 0.74 points (0.69%) to 105.69 points with a total trading volume of over 17 million units, worth VND207.973 billion. There were 55 gainers and 69 losers.

Many stocks leading the index of the trading floor in red also caused HNX-Index to go down like VGC down 3.59% to VND 18,800 / share, PVS fell 2.63% to VND 22,200 / share, ACB decreased 0.67% to VND 29,700 / share, PVI fell 0.74% to VND 40,300 / share, DGC decreased 2.9% to VND 36,800 / share.

Maintaining the green color, only VCS increased by 0.32% to 63,600 dong / share. And SHB, VCG, NVB are all standing at the reference.

On UPCoM, there were 89 gainers and 77 losers. The UPCoM-Index dropped 0.23 points (0.41%) to 56.14 points.

Total trading volume reached over 5.52 million units, worth 133.588 billion VND.
